Modern European vehicles use Intelligent Battery Sensors (IBS) and Battery Management Systems (BMS) to monitor battery health and adjust alternator charging behaviour. Can you replace my battery in an underground car park?
Yes. The majority of our at-home and office jobs take place in basement car parks — in apartment towers, office buildings, and shopping centre parking across Dubai. Our technicians carry portable lighting and the tools required to work safely in low-clearance, low-light environments. Give us the building name, level, and bay number when you call.
How long does a battery replacement take once you arrive?
For a standard battery replacement, 20 to 30 minutes from arrival to completion. For European vehicles requiring AGM battery and ECU registration, allow 35 to 45 minutes. We never rush the ECU coding step — it’s the part that determines whether your new battery lasts its full warranty life.
Do I need to be present during the replacement?
For most jobs, yes — we’ll need access to the vehicle and a point of contact for payment. For fleet accounts and managed services, we can work with your building security or facilities team once the account is set up.
What if my car has multiple batteries?
Some vehicles — particularly large European luxury cars and certain SUVs — carry a main starter battery and a secondary auxiliary battery. We carry stock for both and can replace either or both in the same visit. Tell us your exact model when you call and we’ll confirm what’s needed.
Can you test my battery without replacing it?
Yes. If you’re not sure whether your battery needs replacing, call us. We’ll run the full diagnostic — CCA, alternator, and drain test — and give you an honest read. If your battery has life in it, we’ll tell you. The test is free when carried out as part of a service call.
Do you carry batteries for modified or classic vehicles?
For vehicles with non-standard battery requirements — modified 4x4s, classic cars, performance builds with high-draw audio or accessory systems — call us directly. We carry Optima RedTop and YellowTop spiral-cell AGM batteries for high-demand applications and can source specific sizes not carried as standard stock.
