Can Finish a Healthy Battery.
A significant portion of our home and office calls come from cars that haven’t moved in weeks. This is what we find when we arrive — and what we do about it.
🔋 Battery simply discharged — structure intact
If the battery has discharged but its internal structure is sound, we’ll test CCA after a surface charge. If the reading is within acceptable range, we advise whether a replacement is needed or whether a proper charge cycle may be sufficient. We don’t replace a battery just because it was flat.
⚠️ Battery failed from deep discharge damage
Repeated deep discharge causes sulphation of the internal plates — a chemical process that permanently reduces capacity. A battery that’s been fully discharged and left for several weeks in a hot environment has almost certainly reached this point. We test to confirm and replace if required.

Can you access my building's basement car park?
Yes, in almost all cases. We attend basement jobs across Dubai daily — in apartment towers, office buildings, hotels, and shopping centres. We carry portable lighting and low-profile tools to work in low-clearance environments. The most common access challenge is a security gate or building management system — give your building management a heads-up before we arrive if the building requires escort access. We need the level and bay number when you call.
Can you come to a gated villa community?
Yes. We attend gated communities across Dubai regularly. We need either the community gate access code, or you to meet us at the entrance gate and let us through. Once inside, we navigate to your villa directly. For communities with multiple entrance gates, let us know which gate is closest to your villa when you call.
My car has been sitting unused for weeks. Can you still help?
Yes — and this is one of the most common home visit scenarios we attend. We’ll run a full diagnostic on arrival to determine whether the battery has simply discharged or whether it has failed from deep discharge damage. If it can be recovered, we’ll tell you. If it needs replacing, we’ll replace it. In either case, we advise you on what happened and how to prevent it on extended future trips.
Do I need to be at home for the replacement?
For most jobs, yes — we need access to the vehicle and a point of contact for payment and any questions about the car. If you have a trusted person who can provide vehicle access and handle payment, that works too. For fleet or managed property accounts, we can work with building management or a facilities team once the account is established.
How long will the job take from when you arrive?
A standard battery replacement at a home or office location takes 20 to 30 minutes from arrival to completion. For European vehicles requiring AGM battery installation and ECU registration, allow 35 to 45 minutes. We never rush the coding step on European vehicles — it’s the step that determines whether the new battery lasts its full warranty life.
